This is a no-cost 1 hour appointment. It is a wonderful time to get to know each other, ask questions, discuss birthing options and find resources you need. No need to bring anything except your questions concerns and thoughts. Some families like to bring a notepad and pen to write down answers but that's definitely not required. Let's grab a cup or coffee of tea and chat! We can cover the details of hospital doula support. Things we can't cover in this visit are medical questions specific to your pregnancy, meaning I can't provide "care" type answers since I am not your care provider. I will not order lab work, ultrasounds, prescriptions or referrals at this appointment. This appointment is for families interested in hospital birth doula options.
